What data we process and why
We process the data you provide in the contact, group and booking forms (name, phone, email, date, number of guests and any comments you leave, including any allergies or intolerances you wish to tell us about) solely to handle your request and manage your booking.
Allergies and intolerances
If you tell us about an allergy or intolerance, we use it only to prepare your visit safely and process it with your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR). You do not have to give it on the website: you can also tell us at the restaurant.
Legal basis
Your consent when submitting the form and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Retention
We keep the data while your request or booking is handled and then for a maximum of 12 months, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. The web hosting provider acts as data processor. If you book through an external platform, its own privacy policy also applies.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to demo@example.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
