About us
Electricians who explain what they do.
We are a small team and we like it that way: whoever quotes knows your case, and whoever does the work answers for it.
How we work
What you would ask of yourself if you were an electrician.
Almost everyone has had a bad experience with a tradesperson: quotes that grow, appointments that are missed, jobs left half done. We started Neutra Electricistas to work the other way round.
We explain what needs doing and why, give a fixed price and stick to it. If something that could not be seen turns up during the job, we stop and ask you. And when we finish, we show you what we did and leave you the paperwork.
We work in Madrid and the surrounding area for homeowners, residential buildings and businesses.
Values
Three things we never compromise on.
Safety
Compliant installations.
We follow regulations on every job, even when nobody will check. Safety in your home allows no shortcuts.
Clarity
No small print.
Itemised quotes, explanations in plain language and no surprises on the invoice.
Care
Your home, like ours.
We protect, tidy and clean. The only sign we were there is how well everything works.
How we work
The same method on every job.
01
Listen
We understand what you need and how you use your home or business.
02
Propose
Clear options and a fixed price.
03
Deliver
On time, tidy and clean.
04
Hand over
We test with you and leave the paperwork.
Shall we talk about your project?
We will reply with the next steps and a rough idea of the price.
