What data we process and why
We process the data you provide in the contact and quote forms (name, phone, email, town, job description and any photos you attach) solely to reply to your request and, where applicable, prepare and manage the quote.
Legal basis
Your consent when submitting the form and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Retention
We keep the data while your request is handled and, if no service is contracted, for a maximum of 12 months. If you hire us, for the periods required by tax and commercial law.
Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. The web hosting provider acts as data processor.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to demo@example.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
