What people ask us most.
Do you charge for a quote?
No. Assessing the job and sending you a written quote is free and without obligation. If diagnosing a fault requires a visit, we tell you beforehand.
What is the electrical certificate (CIE) and when do I need it?
It is the Electrical Installation Certificate (in Spain, the “boletín”): the document confirming your installation meets regulations. Utilities ask for it to connect a new supply, raise contracted power in some cases, or change the account holder on older installations.
It is issued by a registered electrical installation company after inspecting the installation.
Do you handle emergencies?
Yes, during the emergency hours shown on this page. Call us or send a WhatsApp with a photo of the consumer unit and we will tell you what to do until we arrive.
Do you work with residential buildings and businesses?
Yes. We do installations and maintenance in common areas, shared garages (including EV charging) and commercial premises, working around your schedule.
How long does an EV charger installation take?
In a private garage with suitable wiring it is usually done in one day. In shared garages it depends on the cable route and notifying the building; we detail it in the quote.
Do you provide an invoice and a guarantee?
Always. Every job comes with an invoice and the legal guarantee on workmanship and materials.
